Models & Sizes

Models are available in 52’, 48', 42', 36' and 30' for hauling the widest variety of corn heads, grain platforms and draper platforms, including those with stalk stomper attachments.

All-Wheel Steer (AWS) models feature a standard frame design, while All-Wheel Steer with Suspension (AWSP) models feature four corner rubber cushioned suspension for the smoothest ride and added stability.

Rest Bracket

Mounting

Patented four-position height adjustable rest brackets provide easy wrench-free adjustment and feature extra-tall backstops that can be flipped down for carrying low-profile headers.  The rest bracket features side plates that pivot for use or storage.

The rest brackets feature a convenient handle and over-center locking mechanism so you can easily loosen the rest bracket and slide it from side-to-side on the lower bar to the desired location.

The tie-down package for the header features 2" heavy-duty nylon straps, brackets and truck-style ratchets for a streamlined design and quick and easy tightening.  Steel hooks and loops are included for secure fastening of the tie-down straps and these are tool-free adjustable so you can slide them from side to side on the lower bar.

The steel upper rest bar includes three fully supported arms to resist flexing and is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, without tools, to fit any brand grain platform or row-crop header.  A storage slot in the upper rest bar is specifically designed for holding an extra cutter knife.

Rear-Oscillation

Stable Transport

The rear-oscillating axle keeps all four wheels in full contact with the ground, even when traveling over rough terrain.

8-Bolt Greaseable Hub

Frame

Heavy-duty greaseable 8-bolt hubs, automotive-type ball-joint steering, spindles with tapered roller bearings and new tires dependably carry all brands of corn heads and grain platforms.

52’ and 48’ models feature an extra-long 16’ tongue while all other models are standard with a 12' tongue.  42’ and smaller models can be equipped with an optional 16’ tongue.  The extendable clevis and spring-lift assist tongue design make hitching to a pickup, combine, or tractor easy and convenient.

The sturdy 6”x4” lower rest bar is pre-arched and trussed to resist flexing and sagging for greater strength and durability.

Extra-height clearance between the axle and ground allows for easy field entry and exit and the trussed lower rest bar adds rigidity to the unit for full-width support.  Transport chain, rear-mounted width-adjustable LED lighting package and reflective striping are standard equipment for optimum road travel safety.

Rear Brakes

Brakes & Tires

52’ models are standard with two-wheel electric brakes and optional with four-wheel brakes. All other models feature optional two or four-wheel electric brakes. Brake packages include a breakaway engagement for enhanced transport safety. Several wheel and tire choices are available including high-flotation IF 320/65x15 tires, 235/85x16 tires and 11Lx15 tires depending on the model.
