60-Series Corner-Auger Grain Carts

The exclusively designed 3/8" thick max-edge auger flighting features 1/4" thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips, made from high-carbon alloy steel, in high-wear areas to increase durability and extend the flighting life.

The patented rubber cushioned auger connection protects the upper and lower vertical augers from harsh tractor PTO engagements.  Reducing stress helps extend the life of the driveline.  Electronic balancing of the upper and lower augers eliminates vibration, providing a smooth unload.

The upper auger features LED lighting that automatically turn on when the auger is unfolded for easier operation at night.

When unfolded, a pilot-operated check valve in the hydraulic system holds the upper and lower auger tightly together for a leak-free seal during unloading.

The tank features an exclusive recessed auger sump design, located below the floor line of the tank, which funnels grain down into the auger for fast and complete unloading.

Steep 39° front and 34° rear tank slopes and a graphite coated interior ensure complete cleanout and faster unloading speeds.

A conveniently located wheel-operated gravity unloading door, found on the auger sump, permits easy cleanout and pit dumping.

Front-mounted viewing ladder and front and rear shatterproof windows allow you to easily monitor the contents inside the tank.

Standard transport chain, D.O.T. approved flashing LED taillights, side marker lights, reflective markings and SMV emblem are included for safer road transport.

The heavy-duty side-wind jack is easy to operate for convenient tractor hookup and storage.

The exclusively designed, heavy-duty 45° gearbox features a 1 ¾” output shaft for long-term, trouble-free operation.

For a more economical design, models 1160, 1060 and 860 can be equipped with a 36" wide track belt with 75” of ground contact length and 2-bogie wheels.

32" main end-wheels feature 8-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication.

All 36” tracks utilize hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment, optimum ground contact and even weight distribution.  The conveniently located PSI gauge allows the operator to easily check the pressure, ensuring the proper tension is being applied to the belt.

The cast iron pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and reduced stress on the belt.

The exclusive rubber belt construction molds the tread, guide lugs and belt together as one piece, increasing durability and eliminating the need for glued components.

40" main end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication. Greaseable hubs ensure the operator can push out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing the life and eliminating down time. The cast iron pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and reduced stress on the belt.

Using the free UHarvest Pro mobile app, you can easily send files from the field on a mobile device with cellular connection to your Slingshot account. Once you have connected your mobile device to the Bluetooth connection provided by the GCM, launch the app and you're ready to go. Upload once a day or once a season. Want to easily send a report to your crop insurance agent that includes the actual dry bushel count? Consider it done with the optional Moisture Sense system. It measures grain moisture as it leaves the cart and averages the content of each load, then converts all grain unloaded to standard dry bushels for the ultimate harvest record keeping. The optional Accu-Load technology provides quick and easy loading of trucks by closing the grain cart’s flow gate when the desired weight is unloaded. After you’ve installed the HCV (hydraulic control valve) on the cart, simply push the “Auto” button for precise weight unloading. Each truck weight is matched to the truck name for easier operation. The operator can then focus on topping off each truck and proper grain placement.

The model 520 Scale Package features auto-log and the patent-pending start/stop button for ease of use.  The large, multi-line display features an alpha-numeric keyboard for easily editing or changing fields.

The combine check button can help calibrate the combine's yield monitor, accumulate weights per field entry and has the ability to store 1 years’ worth of harvest data in the monitor's memory.  The 520 comes with PC software and a 1GB USB flash drive to easily download your harvest information to your computer in Excel or PDF format.

The model 410 Scale Package was specifically designed for ease of use with the patent-pending start/stop button. You can assign, view and change six-character field information and accumulate weights within a field. An optional printer is required for record keeping.

Hydraulic Drives are tongue-mounted for easy installation.  The 100-gallon per minute hydraulic drive provides up to 375 bushels per minute unloading speeds and requires 3 sets of hydraulic ports.  The 55-gallon per minute hydraulic drive provides up to 300 bushels per minute unloading speeds and requires 2 sets of hydraulic ports.

The Color Camera option features a 7" 12V monitor which mounts in the tractor cab. The sideboard-mounted, weather-proof camera monitors the inside of the tank during loading. An optional second color camera can be added which views rear traffic during transport.

An Auto-Greaser for the 36” wide track undercarriage reduces your daily maintenance by automatically delivering small amounts of grease to each pivoting joint at more frequent intervals. This is powered by an electric grease pump with a 2-liter grease reservoir and programmable grease intervals.
