20-Series Seed Pro Bulk Box Carrier

The Unverferth 20-Series Seed Pro seed tender features a patented conveyor design so the conveyor can pivot and be positioned parallel to the seed tender for easy transfer of seed from one container to another.  Every conveyor is equipped with a convenient conveyor arm locking mechanism and spring lift assist for easy handling when pivoting. 

The auto-tension conveyor system features a spring-loaded design that applies tension to the belt for reduced maintenance, and the convenient tension gauge allows you to quickly ensure the belt is in proper tension.  In the event the belt needs to be adjusted, the single-point adjustment mechanism makes it quick and easy. 

Models with an 8” conveyor feature up to 35 bushels per minute unloading speeds with a 12” wide belt inside of an 8” tube.  Models with a 6” conveyor unload up to 16 bushels per minute with an 8” wide belt inside of a 6” tube.

Conveyor length is measured from the top bearing to the bottom bearing for a true measurement of reach. Model 420XL features a 21’ long conveyor and models 420 and 220 feature an 18’ long conveyor.  Hydraulically operated vertical height adjustment provides easy movement into the loading or transport positions – 68” of adjustment on model 420XL and 54” of adjustment on models 420 and 220.

The all-new 20-Series Seed Pro seed tender features a 4-box or 2-box carrying capacity with dual-unloading chutes for handling multiple seed varieties.  Easy-to-use heavy-duty steel-hinged latches with locks securely fasten the seed box to the platform. The oversized hydraulically operated unloading doors help maximize seed flow into the intake of the conveyor.

Models 420XL and 420 feature a 4-box carrying capacity and are the perfect size for most any farming operation looking to streamline their planting process.  Model 220 features a 2-box carrying capacity and are the ideal solution for operations needing to haul smaller amounts of seed.

The CAN bus system provides an electronic communication network for the engine, hydraulics and wireless remote for the smoothest, most efficient operation. 

A standard 5-function wireless remote on all models controls the conveyor on/off, conveyor raise/lower, opens/closes the hopper doors, starts/stops the engine and controls the engine throttle. This newly designed wireless remote can also manage several additional features including conveyor speed, rolling the hydraulic tarp and turning on/off the shaker kit. The same remote controller is used on the standard 5-function and optional 6-function wireless package and can be changed with a quick settings adjustment in the remote.

The Unverferth 20-Series Seed Pro is manufactured with the highest quality components for unmatched durability. Transportation from field to field goes quickly and smoothly with the rugged undercarriage design. All models feature electric brakes on all axles and choice of three lighting and marking packages for safer road transport. 

Models 420XL and 420 feature two 7,000 lb. torsion axles and 235/85x16 load range E highway-rated tires. Model 220 features two 4,000 lb. torsion axles and 225/75x15 load range E highway-rated tires.  

Models 420XL and 420 Seed Pro bulk box carriers can be equipped with a gooseneck or bumper pull hitch with a 2-5/16” ball to meet your operation’s needs.  Model 220 is only available with a bumper hitch. A cushioned gooseneck hitch receiver can be added on 4-box models for a smoother and gentler ride.

Choose a 6-function wireless remote option for added operator convenience. The 6-function wireless remote adds conveyor swing left/right for convenient one person operation. 

The limited Midnight Edition Seed Pro seed tender is available for model 420XL and is equipped with all of the standard features on the 20-Series seed tenders, but adds a bold midnight metallic gray color scheme, specialized decal package, premium upgraded aluminum wheels, a 6-function wireless remote, T&G applicator and hydraulic jack – all as standard equipment.
