20-series Dual-Auger Grain Carts

The pivoting vertical unloading auger features adjustable height which allows the operator to lower the auger to the truck when unloading and raise the auger when pulling away.

The operator can adjust the auger reach up to 9' 1", depending on model, away from the cart for precise grain placement without repositioning the grain cart.

The patented rubber cushioned auger connection protects the upper and lower vertical augers from harsh tractor PTO engagements.  Reducing stress helps extend the life of the driveline.  Electronic balancing of the upper and lower augers eliminates vibration, providing a smooth unload.

Two-point auger engagement between the upper and lower vertical auger sections ensures a smooth transition of grain through the connection area.

The easy-to-operate auger field rest stand provides quicker fold times for in-field operations.

When folded all the way down, the unloading auger fits completely within the cart's hopper width for ease of transport and storage.

The vertical unloading auger features a hinged cleanout door at the bottom for tool-free cleanout.

The exclusively designed heavy-duty 90° gearbox powers the vertical unloading auger and features a 1 ¾” output shaft for long-term, trouble-free operation.

The quick-couple 1,000 RPM P.T.O. shaft features an overrunning front end for smooth spin down and a cut-out clutch for driveline protection.

For a more economical design, model 1120 can be equipped with a 36" wide track belt with 75” of ground contact length and 2-bogie wheels.

32" main end-wheels feature 8-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication.

All 36” tracks utilize hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment, optimum ground contact and even weight distribution.  The conveniently located PSI gauge allows the operator to easily check the pressure, ensuring the proper tension is being applied to the belt.

The cast iron pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and reduced stress on the belt.

The Equalizer track system has a patented design that features 7° of side-to-side camber and 20° of front-to-back pivot with independent movement of each track to provide uniform ground contact on uneven terrain. Want to easily send a report to your crop insurance agent that includes the actual dry bushel count? Consider it done with the optional Moisture Sense system. It measures grain moisture as it leaves the cart and averages the content of each load, then converts all grain unloaded to standard dry bushels for the ultimate harvest record keeping. The optional Accu-Load technology provides quick and easy loading of trucks by closing the grain cart’s flow gate when the desired weight is unloaded. After you’ve installed the HCV (hydraulic control valve) on the cart, simply push the “Auto” button for precise weight unloading. Each truck weight is matched to the truck name for easier operation. The operator can then focus on topping off each truck and proper grain placement.

The model 520 Scale Package features auto-log and the patent-pending start/stop button for ease of use. The large, multi-line display features an alpha-numeric keyboard for easily editing or changing fields. The combine check button can help calibrate the combine's yield monitor, accumulate weights per field entry and has the ability to store 1 years’ worth of harvest data in the monitor's memory. The 520 comes with PC software and a 1GB USB flash drive to easily download your harvest information to your computer in Excel or PDF format.

An Auto-Greaser for the 36” wide track undercarriage reduces your daily maintenance by automatically delivering small amounts of grease to each pivoting joint at more frequent intervals. This is powered by an electric grease pump with a 2-liter grease reservoir and programmable grease intervals.

Electric operation of the weatherguard roll tarp provides in-cab operational convenience.

A custom-molded tank with a 275-gallon capacity and a low-profile design fits tightly to the grain cart hopper for increased protection and a sleek appearance.  The system is powered by an Ace 204 hydraulic pump that provides 40 gallons per minute of output at 100 PSI and has a clean out valve incorporated into the plumbing for easily draining the tank.  The hose reel features 100’ of hose and a firehose-style nozzle with adjustable patterns.  This water delivery system requires one additional SCV connection on the tractor and 4 gallons per minute of hydraulic flow.
